Welcome to Memix. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By using Memix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Memix
Memix is an online store that sells custom and curated products using print‐on‐demand (POD) fulfillment partners. All items are produced and shipped by third‐party providers once an order is placed. Memix does not hold inventory.

2. Print‐on‐Demand Fulfillment
• All products are made to order.
• Production times may vary depending on the item, season, and fulfillment partner workload.
• Colours, print placement, and sizing may vary slightly due to the nature of POD manufacturing.
• Memix is not responsible for delays caused by the fulfillment partner, shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.

3. Orders & Payments
• By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
• Payments are processed securely through approved third‐party payment processors.
• Orders begin production immediately after payment. Once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

4. Shipping & Delivery
• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Delivery times may vary by region.
• Memix is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed to the carrier.
• Any customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because all products are custom‐made, Memix does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, colour preference, or buyer’s remorse.

However, we will replace or refund items that arrive:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect due to a production error

To request a replacement:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Memix reserves the right to approve or deny replacement requests based on evidence provided.

6. Intellectual Property
• All designs, branding, content, and materials on Memix are owned by Memix or licensed to us.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
• If you upload custom artwork (if applicable), you confirm that you own the rights to the content and that it does not infringe on any third‐party rights.

7. User Accounts
If you create an account:
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You agree to provide accurate information and update it as needed.
• Memix may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Memix, you consent to our data practices.

9. Limitation of Liability
Memix is not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses caused by third‐party fulfillment partners or shipping carriers
• Errors resulting from user‐submitted designs or incorrect order information

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Changes to Terms
Memix may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
