Policy

Print‑on‑Demand Production

All Memix products are made to order using trusted print‑on‑demand partners. This means production begins as soon as your order is placed. Items are created individually, so slight variations in colour, print placement, or sizing may occur. Production times typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on the item and order volume.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier. Estimated delivery windows will be shown at checkout. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, Memix is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused by the courier. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they enter production.
  • Please double‑check your details before completing checkout.
02 / Returns
& Refunds

At Memix, every item is custom‑made just for you. For that reason, we can only accept returns or issue refunds under specific conditions. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report any issues with your order.

Eligible Replacements
  • Damaged or Defective items
  • Incorrect due to a production or printing error
Required Information
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem
Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear, underwear, and socks are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Buyer’s remorse, change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or disliking the colour or design are not eligible for returns. Please check size guides carefully before purchasing.
